Day 25 Galveston TX.

We began the day with coffee and muffins from Karin and we visited Brain's hunting club lodge which was built in 1910. It's a very nice place.

Then we began our drive southeast to Galveston TX. We bypassed Houston and traveled diagonally as much as we could towards the coast by driving towards Freeport and then a nice drive up the coast to the Galveston State park where we are camping.

We made it as our ball joints began to freeze. We lost a hub cap which is what allowed Jason to see the mess. Thankfully nothing bad happened and he will be able to fix it.

We ventured into town and down to The Strand. We walked up and down the street window shopping and stepping into a few stores. There are yummy treats being made everywhere from fudge, cookies and icecream. Jason shared a Carmel Apple with Ella and then Jason and I shared a pecan porter and a mission burger at Brews brothers. Everything was good! We also watched a laser and light show in a local park.

She screamed weeeee

We got a free basket of donut holes with ale dipping sauce

Ella tried bacon and chips today! She liked the bacon!! She has four upper teeth trying to poke through but she is handling it well. We also have on occasion being able to get her to go potty on the toilet more than once a day! We are working on more sign language to help us figure out what she wants and what we want her to tell us. Like poop, water, food and milk. She is also left info her leg and stepping with more ease when we hold her hands. She is growing so fast!
